FAQs: Frequently Asked Questions

I discovered a leak in the pipe near my water meter. Will TBA repair this leak?

The repair of any plumbing other than the water meter itself is the homeowner's responsibility. TBA is not responsible for plumbing inside the home, or water service lines in the ground on the house side of the curb stop.

There are 16.2 grains per gallon of water hardness and less than 0.1 milligrams per liter or parts per million of iron.

Is there fluoride added to the water in our area?

No, we do not add fluoride to our drinking water.

What are the current water/sewer rates?

Effective December 7, 2023, TBA's current water rate is $5.36 per 1,000 gallons of water and $8.87 per 1,000 gallons of sewer. Service charges are $14.00 per month for water and $14.00 per month for sewer (or $84.00 per quarter for both water & sewer).
